Data controller
DavTech (Dutch Chamber of Commerce / KvK number 91372038) is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For any question about this policy, reach out at info@davtechflow.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, your email address, what you need (the package or topic you picked) and the free text you type into the message field yourself. No other personal data is collected.
What it is used for
We use this information for one thing only: replying to your enquiry — reading your message, sending a quote, or asking a follow-up question.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of a contract, or the steps that lead up to one at your request. Where that does not apply, the basis is our legitimate interest in being able to respond to an enquiry you submitted yourself.
Retention
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to answer it and complete any resulting project, up to a maximum of 2 years after the last contact. If it never gets past the quote stage, the email exchange is deleted after 12 months at the latest.
Who else sees your data
Your enquiry is sent through the SMTP email server this website uses to deliver messages; that party only processes the email in order to deliver it.
We use Umami for website statistics. Umami runs without cookies and stores no personal data — it only counts anonymous visitor numbers, as a processor that retains nothing about you. Beyond these parties, your data is shared with no one, and we never sell it.
The thank-you page — reached only after you send the form — carries a Cal.com booking calendar at the bottom, where you can put a call in the diary yourself. That calendar loads only once you scroll down to it; from that moment Cal.com, as a processor, sees your IP address, along with whatever you enter in the calendar to make the appointment. If you never reach that page, or never scroll that far, nothing is sent to Cal.com at all. No other page embeds anything from a third party: even the fonts are served from this server, precisely so that your IP address is not handed to one.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@davtechflow.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
