For accounting firms, marketing and recruitment agencies, and other SMBs
Manual work eating hours every week? That is what I automate.
I connect the tools you already use, so nobody copies information between them by hand. You know the fixed price before anything gets built, and it does not change.

The problem
Sound familiar?
Every month we chase clients again for the same missing documents.
Every new client means the same setup again: project, folders, tasks, channel, welcome email.
After every interview we update the ATS, the calendar and the candidate, one by one.
Our systems do not talk to each other, so we type everything in twice.
This has a name: automation. And it does not have to stay this way.
Workflows
What a Quick Win looks like in your trade
Each of these usually fits a Quick Win (€1,750). Whether yours does too is what the audit confirms, before anything gets built.

Yours is not on the list? No problem: most audits start with one that is not.
Book your free Workflow AuditHow I work
How that fixed price gets made
Intake call
Half an hour, free. I ask about what is going wrong now, how the work actually runs and where the time disappears. After that I know whether I can help, and I say so if I cannot.
Workflow Audit
Currently free, then €495. I walk through your process and write down exactly what gets built, what falls outside it and what it costs. That scope document is the work a fixed price comes out of.
Building
I build what the document says, for the price the document says. No settling up afterwards, and no extra work you first meet on the invoice. Every week you hear where I am.
Handover
The code, the documentation, the domain and the accounts go into your name. You could take the lot to someone else tomorrow, and that is exactly the point.

What gets built
- Client signs: record created in the CRM and the bookkeeping
- Invoice schedule set up from the signed agreement
- Automatic reminders after 14 and 30 days
- Payment status written back to the CRM
- What is not written here is not in it. That is why it goes on paper.
- The price at the bottom is the price. Want something added later, and you get a separate price for that first.
This document is yours, even if you go no further. Including the fixed price written in it.
Packages
What it costs
Quick Win
€1,750
- One bounded workflow, two to four systems
- The handwork that comes back every week is gone afterwards
- Tested, documented and handed over to your team
Core Automation
€3,500
- One process that runs end to end across several systems
- From first contact to finished without anyone in between
- Error handling included, so you hear about it when something breaks
Business Workflow System
On request
- Several connected processes, running as one system
- Architecture first, building second, so it stays extendable
- The price comes out of the audit, because no two businesses work the same
The work can be about automation and integrations, websites and platforms, or AI and data work (on request).
What decides the price: integrations, data quality and how much already exists.
Care Plan: €50 to €250 per month for monitoring, small fixes and support. Optional, never a condition.
About me
The best automation is boring.
I am Thierry, a full stack developer with a background in data engineering. What costs a business the most time is rarely complicated. A form someone copies into the CRM by hand. A reminder that depends on someone remembering it. A folder created from scratch for every new client.
That is the work I like: an integration or workflow that does exactly the same thing every time. I use AI when a task needs judgement, like reading a messy document. Not because it sounds good in a proposal.
Small improvements add up when a team uses them every day. That is why I would rather remove one real step than sell you a transformation project.

Show me the process that is wasting your team’s time.
- The scope document, with the fixed price in it, stays yours either way
- The code, the domain and the accounts stay yours
- No monthly retainer unless you want one

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
It depends on the size. The packages above name the prices, and projects start €1,750. AI and data work is priced per engagement. Which size it turns out to be, and what it costs exactly, is what the Workflow Audit decides: the number of integrations, the quality of the data and how much already exists.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks, counted from the moment the scope document is approved.
What if it turns out more expensive than estimated?
Not your problem. The price in the scope document is the price, even if the work itself takes more time than I estimated.
What if you get sick or too busy?
- The code sits in your own repository from day one, not only at handover.
- Every fixed price includes written handover documentation, so someone else can step in.
- If the work turns out bigger than what the scope document says, that is a new, separate price agreement — never a bill that quietly grows on top of what you already had.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code sits in your own repository, not mine, from the very first commit.
What if I want to change something halfway through?
That is fine. I describe the change, you get a separate price for it, and it only goes into the build once you approve it. The original fixed price never changes retroactively.
